Referee Recruitment

I am writing to you today regarding a huge issue being dealt with across not only our district but the province. Due to the pandemic and the shut downs over the past two years we have lost the vast majority of our Match Officials (Referees). We need dedicated, passionate qualified officials in order to offer our programs and games. I’m sure by now you have seen some of our social media posts regarding this and along those lines I thought that I would reach out to all of our membership directly in the hope that some of you will consider stepping up and becoming a Referee for the club. I have included a graphic from Ontario soccer to help answer some questions about what is required to complete your certification.

If you are turning 12 by March 31st, 2024 then you can take the small sided course. If you are 14 by March 31st, 2024 then you can take the Entry level course. Please click on the link to get more information or to register for your course.
